Shipping Information & Policies

Please Note: We urge customers to request a stock check prior to placing orders. Products listed are not guaranteed to be in stock. Email stock check requests to: customerservice@shirleyswigshoppe.com

Shirley's Wig Shoppe is the shipper for some of our products. Most wig orders will be shipped by the manufacturer. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in multiple shipments.

Products that are in stock will ship in 2-5 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding all holidays. If you haven't received a tracking number after the 5th business day, please contact us at: customerservice@shirleyswigshoppe.com

Expedited Shipping: Please request a stock check prior to placing your expedited shipping order. Expedited shipping starts from the ship date, not the date your order has been placed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as issues may occur with the shipping carrier.

Ellen Wille products may sometimes ship from their warehouse in Germany. In this case, the shipping time can take up to 10 business days. These are not backordered items. Please request a stock check prior to purchasing if you cannot wait the additional shipping time.

Belle Tress products may take 3-7 business days to ship.

Out of Box/Clearance Items are packaged after purchased. The tracking information will show "Label Created" until the scheduled UPS pickup/dropoff. Our in stock orders ship in 3-5 business days.

Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northen Mariana Islands (MP), Puerto Rico (PR), and U.S. Virgin Islands (VI) shipments may take up to 10 business days to ship.

International orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. 

Shirley's Wig Shoppe is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company if your order has been marked as "delivered", but you did not receive the shipment. We will do our best to assist you in this process.

Free Shipping is offered if your order total is $150 or more. Orders cannot be combined to receive free shipping. Free Shipping is not available on international orders.

Live Shows hosted by Shirley - orders are charged shipping per order. The shipping charges cannot be combined.

Extra Fees: A 25% restocking fee will be charged if your shipping address was incorrect, your address was undeliverable, or for delivery refusal/return to sender.

For International Customers: The shipping charge is only for shipping of the products ordered. International customers are responsible for any additional charges (customs, etc.) Shirley's Wig Shoppe MUST fill out customs forms with the correct information. We will not change cost, etc. on customs forms.

The manufacturers will ship your order to Shirley's Wig Shoppe. Shirley will then ship to you via the carrier you chose during checkout. Products that are in stock at the manufacturer will usually ship from Shirley's Wig Shoppe in 5-10 business days. Products that are in stock at Shirley's Wig Shoppe will usually ship in 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping or returns on international orders at this time.

Please Note: We hold all international orders until we have all products in your order.

For all International orders, we suggest using a 3rd party freight forwarder to your destination. If you don’t already have a favorite, you may want to try www.stackry.com.

Stackry is an international forwarding service that allows you the following services:

  • Your package arrives safely at their secure warehouse
  • Email confirmation shortly after your package arrives at the warehouse
  • Ability to see the measurements, weight, and retailer information for your items
  • You will have the choice to ship your package immediately or wait to consolidate

  • No Membership Fees. You only pay for your reduced shipping costs.
