Order Changes & Cancellations

Please make sure that you double check your order before submitting it. The order process moves very quickly so we can get your items to you in a timely matter.
We will do our best to cancel and/or change an order. We will be unable to cancel orders that have processed.
A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to any order that has been successfully cancelled.
We cannot change payment information once it has been submitted. Please be sure you are using the correct form of payment before completing your order.
Backorders may be cancelled unless the order is in the restocking/shipping process. Backorders are not subject to a cancellation fee.
All orders are charged as soon as you complete the checkout process.
You will be charged a 25% restocking fee if your address was incorrect/undeliverable/refused. A store credit will be issued minus the restocking fee.
